Bristar Investment, Migration & Career Expo & Silk Road Gala

Following the signing of the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement in 2015, bilateral relations have developed rapidly, and
China has enhanced its position as Australia's largest trading partner.
The main purposes of the expo are to:
• Introduce the recent progress after the signing of the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement,
• Discuss the new changes in Australia's immigration policy and new challenges facing overseas students,
• Discuss specific investments, migration and employment opportunities in Queensland.

There will be a Trade/Career Fair outside the conference hall to allow sponsors to showcase their business and products, and
to provide direct contacts with potential customers and students to discuss trade and career opportunities. The trade show
will continue until after the Gala Performance is completed.

To celebrate 45 years of diplomatic relationships between Australia and China and showcase Chinese culture to Australian
communities we are proud to present the Silk Road Multi-cultural Gala Performance. The Gala will feature the Australian Chinese
Club Performing Arts Group, other Chinese and Australian performing groups.
