Plato Summer School 2018
At this week-long Summer School we will study Books I & II of Plato’s Republic. By fully engaging with the text, and adopting a dialectic approach, we will look to discover the true nature of justice, how it applies to the state and to the individual, and how we may nurture it within ourselves and our society.
We will also spend time engaging with the work of Plotinus, enjoy some stimulating evening lectures and entertainment, excellent company, good food, and space for afternoon relaxation.
