Farmhouse Ferments Workshop : 11/03/2018

Farmhouse ferments : yoghurt, kefir, cultured butter, cheese and simple veggie ferments.


Learn how to make your own health giving probiotic cultured butter, kefir, yoghurt and cheese as well as simple vegetable ferments like kraut in your own home  kitchen  

You'll leave with the knowledge, hands on skills, a comprehensive set of notes and your very own cheese pet to enable you to confidently make your own cultured milk products at home using any kind of milk as well as the know how to make cultured veggies like kraut.

We limit this workshop to ten lucky people so you get lots of opportunities to be hands on and ask questions!

Price $155. Complimentary morning tea and lunch included.

Start at 10 am and finish around 4.30 pm
