Do we assess ourselves as an individual or do we assess ourselves based on the work we do within an organisation? What standards do we use? How do we benchmark? Where is our evidence? All valid questions that will be explored in the workshop.  This interactive workshop will demonstrate an approach to implementing peer review and audit, both as an individual and as a leader in an organisation. It will be based on the new framework outlined by the Medical Board of Australia and the Australian medical Council.  Participants will have the opportunity to workshop their own plan for 2018 so that it meets RACMA CPD requirements ; but even more importantly, participants will start will start on a journey of measurement, assessment, reflection and improvement for their professional life. tools , templates and forms will be shared as well as assessment formats.
