This Coffee Connoisseur workshop is the perfect course for the passionate home barista and coffee lover alike.
In this 2.5 hour workshop you will learn:
- Basic introduction to coffee and its origins
Coffee appreciation and understanding
- Basic steps for the home coffee machine operator and general maintenance
Understanding and learning the Australian coffee menu
- The importance of owning a grinder
Understand and taste correct and incorrect extractions of coffee
Who Should Attend?
This one day workshop welcomes anyone with a love of coffee!
What You'll Get
Each attendee will leave this session both with a complimentary pack of 200gm Art of Espresso fresh coffee, a laminated menu, and having learnt tricks and techniques of the coffee trade.
Participants will also be provided with a yummy home-made snack and/or fruit platter, and refreshments.

Art of Espresso (AOE) founder Adrian Capra has knowledge and experience covering 23 years in the coffee industry.
Adrian trained as a barista in Turin,Italy and began roasting coffee in 2003 upon returning from his coffee education.
AOE has gone onto win over 30 awards nationally and internationally for their coffee blends including the prestigious Gold and Overall Champion Medal at the Sydney Royal Fine Foods in 2016.
Together with business partner and wife, Gabrielle, AOE continue to roast, train, supply and trade tonnes of coffee per week from their flagship HQ on 35 Main Street in Young, NSW.
Whilst also an ambassador and founder of "Human Beans For Peace" via their Direct Trade philosophies and philanthropic business approach, Adrian and Gabrielle, together with the AOE Bean Team have also become active promoters of Australian Live music via their in house "Espresso Sessions", bringing quality Australian music artists to Young and providing a whole new community vibe and venue for the town.
