We have your hump day blues sorted with the first Professional Development series of 2018!

Join us for our first evening event on Wednesday 7th March at host XPO Brands’ new offices for a night of networking, drinks and canapes, alongside amazing guest speakers Hannah Smith, Senior Category and Insights Manager at Inghams and Fisher & Paykel's Trade Marketing Manager, Siegfrid Bacani.

Drinks will be provided thanks to our wine partner, Pernod Ricard, while BiteMe Media will be sponsoring and serving mouth-watering treats from our very own Food Truck! We look forward to seeing you at this exciting industry event.

Hannah will discuss using design thinking in product development. She will use insights from the fresh side of the supermarket to show how to create a new segment and drive value back to the category. Her case study looks at an example where design thinking was incorporated into the NPD process and traces the success of those new products over nearly two years in a fresh category. 

Siegfrid will share his journey form alcohol (Jack Daniel's UK & Moet Hennessey AU) into the world of appliances with Fisher & Paykel. Learn about how Fisher & Paykel is translating shopper marketing in the large white appliances industry – working with partner, Koji, to move moving from a model of impressions ‘how many people saw something’ to a model of engagement ‘how many people meaningfully engaged with the product’.
