We regret that we must postpone our Cradle to Grave - Part 1, scheduled for Saturday 24th February 2018.

Unfortunately, we have received news that two of our presenters have had personal emergencies this week, making them unavailable for the event on the weekend.

This promises to be an informative PD, and we'd love for you to get the most from the experience and knowledge that this panel can provide.

Watch this space - we will be sure to update the event and inform members of the rescheduled PD as soon as we can.

Cradle to Grave - Part 1

From the womb to the tomb, Auslan consumers and interpreters alike face challenges in how information is communicated effectively and meaningfully between consumers, service providers and interpreters.

Presented as a panel discussion between Deaf consumers Neil Wood, Sally Strobridge and Amanda McQuitty, this Part 1 of the series looks at terminology used in various life events from birth, schooling and relationships, to weddings, work and finances.
