"We must continue to be open in the face of great opposition. No-one is encouraging us to be open and still we must peel away the layers of the heart" Trungpa
In this day of practice we will draw on the Buddhist 'Brahma Viharas' - four essential qualities in the heart/mind.
These qualities are said to give strength. Rising naturally in unguarded moments - they can also be cultivated.
The Brahama Viharas open doors internally and also between us.
They are akin to calling ourselves, and each other, out of 'the cold.'
