Chief Assessor's Report on the 2018 VCE Physics Exam
Description

This event is for physics teachers seeking information about how students performed on the 2018 VCE Physics Exam paper and wish to improve their strategies for preparing their students for this year's exam. 

 

The presentation will be by Andrew Hansen, the Chief Assessor and it will cover the whole paper, so it will be presented in two sections with a dinner break in between.

 

The presentation will also be available live on the internet for teachers unable to attend.  Online participants will be able to email questions to the chairperson. The web address for the live stream will be emailed to those who have registered in the days before the event. 

Date:  Tuesday, 12th March

Time: 5:00pm - 6:30pm, then 7:15pm - 8:30pm.

Cost:    $60 for teachers for attending the event, dinner is provided. $30 for teachers accessing the event by live streaming on the intenet.

Venue:   Elizabeth Blackburn School of Sciences at University High School, 77 Story St, Parkville, VIC 3052

Public Transport: University High School is well served by public transport, so teachers in the metropolitan area are encouraged to use it.

Parking: There is parking in the streets around University High School.  There is a commercial park adjacent to the school at the Royal Melbourne Hospital car park.
