Best Nights for Viewing

A full Moon is a beautiful object on a warm or cold night but because there is so much reflected sunlight from the Moon, deep sky objects are difficult to see.
Best Nights for Viewing are close to a first quarter Moon or no Moon at all.
A discount applies for these nights of 15%.
These nights are not available for private bookings.
Arrival time can be closer to viewing time.
Between Saturday 14 July 2018 3:30 PM and Saturday 20 October 2018 6:30 PM

Location

Ballarat Municpal Observatory and Museum
