Introduction to Sandplay Therapy

The use of SandTherapy is well documented in providing a deep and meaningful way to explore feelings, events and purpose in your life. The use of sand for people who are challenged with verbal expression is well documented. This workshop is entirely experiential - you will learn through experiencing the sand tray first hand. Working in pairs and then on your own, you will find new ways to use Sand Therapy. You will discover the similarities and differences of Sand-play and Sand Tray Therapy.  Discover haptic perception and the benefits in behaviour change.  Join Art Psychotherapist and Behaviour Coach, Janeen Cameron, for this full day workshop exploring your own unique life journey.
