MINDFUL RUNNING (for busy women) - Term 2, 2018

Calling all the Ladies!! Join our weekly Mindful Running training sessions at various locations in Brisbane, during school term. We offer two types of training. 1. Interval/technique sessions and 2. Slow, social endurance run session.

Mindful Running is helping women run, get fit, faster and be more balanced.
TERM 2 - STARTS 17 APRIL til 29 JUNE, 2018


  • We consider you, your daily stresses, and what you want out of your training, to deliver appropriate sessions throughout the year. (e.g. if hot, plenty of recovery and shorter reps)
  • Learn mindful techniques to improve your running.
  • Limit of 15 runners per session, so we can personalise sessions.
  • Coincides with school terms.
  • Sessions cater for ALL running abilities.
  • We make it fun!

  • Suncorp Stadium, 40 Castlemaine Street, Milton (meet at Wally Lewis statue Caxton Street end)
  • Bowman Park, Bardon (meet carpark off David Avenue)
  • Boyd Terrace Park,¬†Cnr Rees Way and Rafting Ground Road, Brookfield
  • Tall Short Espresso, 244 Given Tce, Paddington (meet in adjacent carpark)
