ROO THEATRE COMPANY HOME OF THE ARTS

Have a knack for acting? Enjoy being on stage? Seeking an outlet for your theatrical talent?
Then ROO is the place for YOU!
A fun, friendly, welcoming, and cost effective way to master the arts!

The Roo Theatre Company's Home of the Arts prepares students for stage performance by teaching a range of theatrical skills. Through developing their skills in stagecraft, improvisation and characterization, students also develop their confidence and social skills.

All tutors and staff of the Roo Theatre Company have current Working with Children clearances and are appropriately qualified and experienced for their duties. Our weekly lessons have been developed to complement the NSW Board of Studies, Teaching and Educational Standards curriculum taught in schools, while providing an authentic learning environment

Through a series of specialized games and activities, the students will learn the skills of; public speaking, quick thinking, character development, imagination, confidence building, and working as part of a team.
