Keynote Speaker: Dr Robert Banks
Robert Banks is a New Testament scholar and Practical theologian who trained at Cambridge University. He was the founding Professor of Lay Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary and first Director of the Institute for Christian Studies at Macquarie University. He has written such award-winning books as Paul’s Idea of Community, The Tyranny of Time, Reviewing Leadership and The Complete Book of Everyday Christianity. He has been a church planter and consultant to Christians in business, the professions and media in Australia, Singapore and Los Angeles. He and his wife Linda enjoy writing together, especially on Christianity in China.

There are no public parking spaces at the Centre for Theology and Ministry. Paid parking is available along College Crescent and the surrounding streets.
Tram 19 starts at Elizabeth Street in the CBD and runs along Royal Parade. Get off at Stop 13 at the intersection of Gatehouse Street and Royal Parade. Walk up College Crescent past Ormond College to the Centre for Theology and Ministry (approx 5 min walk).
