DIA NSW | Lighting Design 2018

hero

In keeping with our key pillars 'inspire' and 'equip' we are excited to invite you to learn principals of lighting design in this event hosted by iGuzzini for VIVID Sydney.

Join Jovica Sredojevic and Todd Hammond as they discuss several lighting projects that they have worked on together, learn about the technology, products, differences in using indirect lighting versus wall washing, highlighting, using lighting to feature areas/objects, ways to control glare and the use of LED lighting.

Jovica Sredojevic IALD

Jovica Sredojecic, Practice Director at Light Practice, has worked on a diverse range of projects demonstrating outstanding knowledge of not only specialist lighting design but also of the highest performing lighting products available globally.

Specialising in Lighting Design with an education from La Sfacciata Lighting Academy in Florence, Italy, Jovica has spent over 18 years, delivering hundreds of international & Australian projects from public buildings, office spaces, libraries, shopping centres, hotels, restaurants and luxury residences.

Jovica's projects continue to gain not only local but international recognition. Such example includes winner of the best office in the world 2016 at World Festival of Interiors in Berlin.

Todd Hammond

Todd Hammond, director of recently established Hammond Studio, is a quiet force in the Australian interior design community, having worked on widely-recognised and awarded projects over the past twenty years.

Projects under Todd's direction range from custom fit outs, bespoke hospitality and hotel complexes alongside detailed, high-end residential single dwellings. He is passionate about delivering the very best in functional, sustainable and innovative environments that enable his clients to remain at the forefront of their respective fields. The Paramount by The Office Space, in particular, won global attention for its 'paradigm shift' for co-working spaces.
