In collaboration with the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas, we're bringing up four amazing chefs over the next four months to take part in our "Chefs in Paradise" dinner series.
Colin Fassnidge is our first guest chef on Saturday 26 May, Carnivale weekend.
