Stay Strong All Winter Long: Ayurveda & Yoga Workshop

Winter is a cold, heavy, wet and windy time of year that naturally increases the water or ‘kapha’ element within us. This leads to ailments such as colds, heavy and blocked heads and noses, phlegm, mucus and fatigue. To prepare for it, Ayurveda recommends a cleanse in between seasons (ritu sandi) followed by a change in diet, routines, and specific yoga and breathing techniques. Join us in exploring these practices to stay fit and healthy through the winter season.
