Introduction to Fermenting
Learn how to make delicious and nutritious home-fermented foods like kimchi and kvass (a traditional Slavic beverage often made from rye bread). Take home your own jar of kimchi and a bottle of beetroot or bread kvass. Cost includes all vegetables, ingredients and jars included. Bring an apron.
