Diary of an Outback Woman

A musical theatre production written, produced and performed by award winning playwright Christine Middleton.  Accompanied by Tim Sheed (Australian bush poet)

Sheila was an Australian Town Girl who married her man of the land in the early 1940s.  Cooking for shearers, coping with the harsh outback heat, flies and droughts, at the age of 60 Sheila opened a fine-dining homestead restaurant on the family property, running this successful business until the age of 75.

The audience will journey through Sheila’s life with stories, song, bush verse, photographs and mouth watering recipes.

Tickets include a Light Lunch following the show.
