Fungi Feast – A Truffle Degustation

Winter is a time of fires and feasting in the Highlands, and there is no more decadent ingredient than the truffle. For The Loch’s next seasonal Foodie Field Day, chef Brigid Kennedy has put together a true Fungi Feast – an inspired seven-course degustation menu featuring the rich and aromatic flavours of local mushrooms and truffles. Each course will be paired with a matching local beverage, while guests will be entertained by local producers as they share their insights.
