Plenary 2020 Conversation - "Pope Francis’ vision for a listening church"

Diamond Valley Deanery and Yarra Deanery in partnership with the Archbishop’s Office for Evangelisation (AOFE) invite you to a conversation on the Plenary Council 2020 ‘Pope Francis’ vision for a listening church’ with facilitator and presenter Fr Noel Connolly.

Fr Noel Connolly SSC is a lecturer in Missiology at both the Broken Bay Institute and the Catholic Institute of Sydney. He is also a member of the Adult Formation Team with Catholic Mission Australia and has recently been appointed by the Australian Bishops to the Facilitation Team for the Plenary Council 2020.

The Program for the evening will help us become aware of the challenges of becoming a synodal church. It will give an introduction to the Plenary Council processes of listening and dialogue.

Much of the evening will be in the form of Question and Answer.
