Cafes are becoming a critical part of the visitor experience at public galleries and performing arts centres, but getting it right can be a nightmare. In this forum we will hear from consultants and those on the ground about what works, what doesn’t and explore new approaches. This will be followed by an open forum for participants to share their experiences and seek advice from experts and their peers.
