Verdict (written by Alexander Cuff) | Directed by Alexander Cuff and Jarrod Sleiman

Verdict is a comedy that satirises and pays homage to the courtroom drama. The multimillion-dollar company known as ‘Never-Frown’, which sells botox-style injections that force people to smile, has been robbed, and the suspect is a member of the police force. After a thorough investigation, the trial is beginning, and it’s shaping up to be an interesting one. The prosecuting attorney is a cocky opportunist with a silver tongue and the defence lawyer is a confident yet self-righteous attorney, neither of whom have lost a case. On top of that, they both seem to have a history together. As the case progresses, it appears that there is more going on behind the scenes, and the web continues to unravel, but how will the case be decided? It all comes down to the final verdict.
Wild (written by Dylan Horvat and David Rienits) | Directed by Bryson Grenfell
Wild is two original plays, Teachers Strike, and Safe, written as part of the Roo Theatre's writing class.

Teacher Strike – Psychology student Marty Gad is a very temperamental student. And when his new dean marks both he and his sisters’ latest essays at a measly 35% due to prejudicial circumstance (their dad was his primary school bully) Marty will not stand for it: and soon his quest for vigilante self-satisfaction will turn into a full-blown poison driven murder spree! How far will he go? Probably too far.
Safe – Safe is a futuristic look into a totalitarian regime and the inner workings of information control within such an environment. When a young Scout finds Rus; an old, sick and potentially hazardous man living outside of the city walls. She must face a web of deception, conceit and mistrust…Is seeking the truth safe?
