Jane brings 20 years’ experience within education, youth, tertiary pathways, government, community services, volunteering and sport. She is an enabler who specialises in cross-sector partnering by providing independent advice, to help trouble shoot, upskill and build capacity within organisations. Her expertise as an engagement practitioner, change agent, stakeholder relations consultant and strategic policy adviser has been recognised by many organisations.
Jane is a committed advocate for effective governance, collaboration, inclusion and diversity, leadership and leading change where outcomes benefit the community. She is an Elected Member at the CIty of Unley, graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the South Australian Leaders Institute of South Australia. She is the Principal of Enabling Solutions that focuses on supporting organisations to lead meaningful change by offering independent advice and expertise by providing change management and organisational consulting services.
