Your health and wellbeing – Talking, sharing and supporting

Arabic Welfare and Meadow Heights Education Centre, with the support of the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation, will hold a health and wellbeing event with participants from local community organisations and students from the Adult Migrant English Program. The event is being held as part of Gambling Harm Awareness Week and will focus on what it means to look after yourself and your community, and where to go if you need help.

Designed as both a learning experience, and also a way to come together and have fun – the event will have activities, food, music and dance. Come along and connect with local agencies that work in health promotion.
