Cabaret with the Chefs
CABARET WITH THE CHEFS
The event will take place at City Tatts Club on Pitt Street and will begin with arrivals at 6pm for drinks and canapes followed by dinner at 7pm with a 10pm finish.
There will be special entertainment with Peter Cousens, well known to many of you bringing his wonderful voice and Claire Yistelle who will be presenting Paris Oh La La!
This will be a unique evening which will have six special Chefs preparing and presenting different cuisines with commentary, matched wines and much fun.
Book now and choose your cuisine: French – for the higher end traditionalist; Modern European – for the traditional, with a bit of a modern twist; Indigenous Australian – something hard to find out there; South American – very fashionable these days; Asian Fusion – our Chefs consider this to be one of the most popular; Mystery Cuisine – this is for the adventurous amongst us.
For example, if you choose the French cuisine, you and your guests will be seated at one of the tables of 10 in the French quarter where you will be looked after by a French chef.
It’s going to be one great evening of culinary enjoyment with top rate entertainment and fundraising to help our mental health project.

- Modern European - Smoked lamb loin, skordalia, lemon scented yoghurt, kipfler crisps, red vein sorrel
- Asian Fusion - Wild caught Barramundi, Asian coleslaw, cavelo Nero, Japanese seaweed, brown butter

- Mystery Cuisine - well, it's a mystery!
