13:00 Potager Restaurant - Potager restaurant is located on a small 10 acre farm in the beautiful setting of Carool. Kitchen garden food that is grown on site, served to plate on the locally inspired menu

15:00 Husk Distillery Site Visit - Nestled in the Green Caldera. Husk distillery is set on 150 acres of farmland with the Pacific Ocean to the east and the Gondwana Rainforest to the west. The local distillery produces the famous ink gin and spiced rum from their riverside distillery in Tumbulgum. Before the cellar door has opened they have developed a strong following of loyal customers through social media. This brand new facility will soon be open to the public
