Description
Introduction to Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT).
Transdiagnostic elements of MiCBT and their applications to crisis and comorbidity.

This seminar will outline how MiCBT is based on a clear and comprehensive model, the co-emergence model of reinforcement. MiCBT is an established transdiagnostic intervention, and represents an integration of CBT and mindfulness meditation in the Burmese Vipassana tradition, developed into a four-stage program.
