The Second Robin Sharwood Lecture in Church Law (Melbourne)

The second Robin Sharwood Lecture will be delivered by Professor Mark Hill, QC. Professor Hill will explore if it is possible to frame principles of canon law drawn from the common features of the local laws of each province. These in turn contribute to the self-understanding of Anglican identity worldwide. The lecture will consider how this can prove a fruitful subject for study as a form of applied ecclesiology, and how it can bring vision and vitality to the ecumenical endeavour.
