As part of WA Law Week, The Public Trustee will be hosting two free community talks where you can learn more about the importance of having a legally valid Will, deceased estate administration and safeguarding decision-making in later life by preparing an Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA), Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG), Advance Health Directive or by applying for Guardian & Administration Orders.

- What do executors and administrators do?
- Benefits and risks of Enduring Powers versus Guardianship & Administration orders

These questions, and more, will be explored to help you make informed choices about your future.
