Retreat commences at 5 pm Thursday, with a Meet & Greet in the Moondyne Homestead. The retreat will close at 3 pm on Sunday, with check-out at 4 pm.


Indulge your Soul

Take time out for a nourishing weekend of Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, sound healing; bushwalking, relaxation time and much more in the sweeping tranquil hills of Avon Valley. In between the movement classes there will be personal development sessions. A few examples from previous retreats are intention setting, essential oils make and take, bush flower essences, Chakra workshop and self-Reiki healing.

What a perfect way to spend a weekend giving back to yourself. The Soul Serenity Autumn Weekend Retreat creates the space to give back to yourself and replenish. Take part in all the retreat activities or feel free to skip a session to read or chill out at your leisure. Do as little or as much as you like.

There will daily Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gong Yoga and meditation classes. The sound healing sessions will take place on Friday & Saturday evenings & Sunday morning featuring seven crystal Chakra singing bowls, Symphonic Planet Gongs, crystal harp and Chakra chimes for an incredibly relaxing experience. All classes are beginner friendly and no prior experience needed. There will be options for different level of yoga practitioners. Yoga mats, props, and blankets supplied.

Your Weekend Home


The stunning and secluded Moondyne Country Convention Centre is only 60-minutes north of Perth CBD. Set high up in the valley on an 1800-acre farming property offering spectacular views across the Avon Valley National Park. We will have exclusive private use of the whole venue just for our retreat group for the entire weekend. The perfect location to relax, unwind and refresh.


Each guest will have a private en-suite chalet with linen and fresh daily towels. Options for twin/couples share available. Three daily vegetarian country style meals and morning tea all homemade in Moondyne kitchen are part of the retreat package. (For special dietary requirements, please contact Kat before booking to discuss your needs. We try our very best to accommodate food allergies or diets, but some may not be able to be met.)

*A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required at booking to secure your place.

Your Hosts


Kat Gregory – Yoga Teacher & Reiki Master

Kat is an enthusiastic and holistic-minded yoga teacher and Usui Reiki Master with over six years experience teaching yoga. With 1000 hours of training to her credit, Kat has taught & hosted retreats through-out Australia & Europe. Combining her passion for metaphysics and movement Kat is excited to bring you a whole weekend of Yin Yoga & Meditation within her local shire of Chittering. Featuring specially sequenced yoga classes themed around the Traditional Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory, Meridian lines, Chakras and anatomy trains.


Kohra Rees Sound Healer & Kinesiologist

Kohra is a practising Kinesiologist, holding an Advanced Diploma in Functional Kinesiology. Kohra is certified in the therapeutic delivery of Sound Therapy using Symphonic Gongs & Crystal Singing Bowls, and she is passionate about the delivery of sound to bring about health, balance & wellness.


Terms and conditions - A non-refundable deposit of $350 non-refundable is required on booking to secure your place. Final balance is due by Friday 26th April. You will receive an email upon booking confirmation with full payment details for your remaining balance.

Cancellations -
If the full balance has been paid before Friday 26th April and cancellation has been made up to 14-days before the event guest will be refunded minus $550. Cancellations after 14-days before the event will be refunded 25% of the remaining balance after $550 is deducted. Thank you for your understanding.
