Do you feel you suffer from painful or irregular mensturation, hormonal headaches, mood swings or PMS? Our nutritionist Kate, will show you how food and diest can have a positive effect on supporting women's hormonal health and reducing the symptoms of PMS. We will also make snacks on the night and you will get take-home recipes that support the female body and hromone system.
