Loving What Is

hero
In this workshop facilitated by Sally Pamberger we will explore stressful patterns and beliefs that hold us back in our daily lives to discover the truth of who we really are without our story.

We will use a powerful, meditative process called The Work of Byron Katie, also known as Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction (IBSR), that can help us see problems from an entirely new perspective and bring us back to the peace of a clear mind, our natural state.
To be held on the weekend of 16th and 17th of February, 2019 (Saturday and Sunday) from 9am to 4pm daily.
Earlybird special $350 for bookings made prior to 6th January, 2019
Regular price $395 (inc. GST)
The workshop fee includes morning and afternoon tea. Please bring your own lunch.  Alternatively, lunch can be purchased at the adjoining Cafe.
