mindfulness paddle board

One hour paddle boarding class where we will be doing movement Breathing and meditation Come 15 minutes earlier to get ready Wear clothes or swimmers that you can get wet in and what ever feels comfortable to do yoga and movement in sunscreen paddle-boards and paddle are provided is well it's a good idea to bring water we have taps there to fill your water Jackets do you have to be used when we go on long distance.that we will provide that too
