Join local Lyn de Reggi as she shares her knowledge of fermentation and its health benefits. Lyn will demonstrate how to make Kombucha, a healthy drink produced through the fermentation of tea and sugar that is enjoying a boom in popularity at present.
Please bring along a clean jar with a lid if you would like to take home a SCOBY and starter.
