Event Description:

Klezmeritis play infectious and soulful Eastern European Jewish Music with gypsy, jazz & middle-eastern influences.

Violinist Ernie Gruner studied klezmer in the USA and Eastern Europe in 1998 and 2008. Accordionist Phil Carroll brings his passion for gypsy and middle-eastern music. While double-bass player Ron Hansen is overseas, regular colleague David Krycer joins the trio bringing decades of klezmer and jazz experience.

As seen on TV on Spicks & Specks and heard on radio including The Deep End.

Klezmeritis performances since 1998 have included Port Fairy Folk Festival, Woodford (QLD), National Folk Festival (ACT), Fairbridge (WA), and dances with The Boite.
