Dealing with Difficult People

Relationships are either the glue or the acid and your abilities to influence which they are, will determine how well you can achieve your goals. Human beings are complex creatures and not much can happen without them. So to study behaviours, motivators and to become a master of conflict resolution is a key skills set in today's hyper competitive world. The most effective people in business are those who can get things done. And getting things done means getting on with others and using influence to make things happen.
You might have a difficult boss or you're struggling with your colleagues at work. Perhaps there's that ONE client you avoid. Perhaps you think you're the difficult person in the team and want to do something about it. This workshop is for you! All are welcome to this event, come along with your friends and invite your boss along too.
Remember to bring along your lunch to this workshop.
