Are Multilevel Carparks Evil?

Does Brisbane need more parking within 5km of the CBD?

Are carparks green and environmentally friendly?

What would a city be like to have a city full of carparks?

The Planning Institute (PIA) together with the Institute of Architects (RAIA) invite you to join us on the evening of 20 March for an informal discussion on multilevel carparks and the impact it has to our city.
