Mindful Action - Exploring walking

It was long ago, and perhaps you don't remember, the first time you walked independently was a BIG milestone in your life. Begin perfecting what you started those many years ago.

This workshop offers you a set of carefully crafted lessons addressing balance, coordination, posture, rhythm, and timing -- all vital ingredients of walking. All lessons are done whilst actually walking, so you will literally be learning on your feet.
