Bottling the Summer Harvest

Here's your opportunity to learn the art of how to simply bottle the Summer harvest in your own kitchen! You'll make a delicious tomato pasta sauce, bottle sweet vanilla peaches and pickle dill bread and butter cucumbers - taking home your own jars of each, plus the recipes and lots of tips on bottling and preserving. This is a fun, intimate, hands on class - limited to six participants on Saturday 16th February from 10am - 1pm. A light lunch will be served.
