Yoga Basic Workshop

We will cover
🕉Pranayama (controlled breathing)
🕉When to inhale and when you exhale (and what to do if your breathing isn’t insnyc with your teachers’ ques)
🕉Downward facing dog alignment (a pose you come back to in many yoga classes)
🕉Sun Salutations
🕉Why we say Namaste at the end of our practice
🕉Anything else you want to know

It will be run workshop style, so plenty of time for questions and individual assistance. The workshop will end with a 20min gentle flow and relaxing meditation
