This will be an intimate cooking class – 10 spots only – at Palm Beach in the beautiful northern beaches area of Sydney. Ticket price includes a hands-on Italian cooking class of 4 courses and a long table lunch with wine. All recipes come from my new cookbook, Tortellini at Midnight, which you can peruse or purchase on the day too. Address will be supplied to guests after booking.
