Small Practice Forum #2

Accounting for Small Practices

Please join us for the second Small Practice Forum of 2019.

We'll start this forum by introducing you to cloud accounting and how it works compared to traditional desktop software / excel.

Speakers will open the discussion about what other apps we see architects use in conjunction with Xero and best practice for staff and workflow management.

Most importantly, we'll discuss how to get started and how to involve your accountant / bookkeeper in the process.

REMINDER: This Forum is exclusively for directors ONLY. All things discussed at forums are private and confidential. The Institute provides a safe zone to discuss current practice issues and encourages architects to share with one another to uplift the level of architecture and how we run the practice.
