Sustaining Ourselves

Sustaining Ourselves

WHAT: In the midst of all the work we do for our community and our world, sometimes we forget to nurture ourselves. Drawing on Joanna Macy’s The Work That Reconnects, this full-day workshop will explore resilience in turbulent times. Set in the beautiful Darebin Parklands, this workshop will provide space to grieve, renew and empower those working for a better world.

Children are welcome. Contact us for more details about children's activities on the day.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

WHEN: Sunday May 19 2013, 9.45am - 4.00pm
