Learn to run

A Running Group along the Foreshore. Runs will be supervised by a Physiotherapist from Melbourne Physiotherapy Pilates and Fitness group and include guidance on running technique and biomechanics. This program will suit a range of ambitions. Whether it is running for the first time, trying to improve your ‘PB’ or enjoying the support of a social network.

Each run will commence with warm-up exercises, technique advice and a weekly focus for the run.
