Tortellini at Midnight Cooking class + lunch
Celebrating Emiko Davies' new cookbook, Tortellini at Midnight, this intimate, hands-on class at Latteria Studio in Rome will feature recipes from Turin: we will make our own vermouth to take home, hand-pulled walnut grissini, handmade agnolotti al plin, tacchino tonnato and a classic Piemontese dessert, which we will sit down to eat together at the end of the class with a glass of wine. Price per person is AUD 220 (EURO 140) or AUD 270 (EUR 170) if you would like to purchase a cookbook too.
