Ethical and Sustainable Cooking

An ethical and sustainable approach to cooking everyday meals. With a focus on meal preparing and cooking, using a box of ingredients which are low carbon impact items, and using every last bit. We discuss sustainable shopping, the cost of buying low impact foods, the value of putting time into cooking, and look at the variety of meals available from the ingredient box. At the end of the class we sample the delicious food we have cooked.
