Introduction to Indigenous Medicine

By the end of this immersive workshop participants will be able to:
• describe participation in a yarning circle
• describe the use of local Indigenous medicine plants in the broader context of Indigenous healing ways
• make a medicine and use this in a healing session
• describe cultural humility and lifelong learning

The workshop is presented by Karen Adams, Wiradjuri woman and Monash University professor in the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences.
