Meet the Authors: Rebecca Sullivan & Damien Coulthard

We'd love you to join us in launching the absolutely gorgeous Australian native cookbook, Warndu Mai (Good Food) by Rebecca Sullivan & Damien Coulthard. We'll be presenting the authors and Warndu Mai for a special evening of tastings at the Stirling Hotel on Thursday May 16 at 630pm. 
This sumptiously illustrated, informative and contemporary cookbook is also a compendium of native foods that shows you how to create truly Australian food and drinks at home. Warndu Mai contains information about seasonal availability, hints, tips and over 80 illustrated and accessible recipes showcasing Australian native foods, using ingredients such as Kakadu plum, native currants, finger lime and pepperberry to create unique dishes and treats - from wattleseed brownies, emu egg sponge cake and bunya nut pesto to native berry, cherry and lime cordial, strawberry gum pavlova and kangaroo carpaccio. It's a must have for every kitchen.
Tickets are $55 and include eight tastings from Warndu Mai and a drink on arrival. Or you can purchase the drink and tastings + a signed copy of Warndu Mai for $90 (Warndu Mai is usually $45 rrp). Copies of the book will be available for purchase on the night also for $45.
