Auslan Intermediate Monday Night Class
at Busselton Community Resource Centre
Auslan, or Australian Sign Language, is the language used by Australia's Deaf Community. Access Plus WA Deaf runs Basic and Intermediate Auslan Courses year round, offering the opportunity to learn about Deaf Culture, along with an introduction to this beautiful language.
Our Intermediate Auslan Course covers the following:
- Sentence structure
- Pronouns & adjectives
- Quantifiers (all, most, many etc)
- Asking for and giving directions
- Describing others
- Attributing qualities to others
- Talking about family
- Talking about routines
- Workplaces & occupations
- Rooms and objects to do with the home & everyday living
- Making complaints, suggestions and requests
- Other vocabulary and conversation skills
At the end of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
Every Monday night, from 6pm - 8pm, from 13 May to 7 July, 2019.
(Please note there is not class on Monday 3 June 2019)
